Ideally, natural habitat landscaping will surround the Villa de Isla sub-community perimeter, blanketing a layer of privacy from the rest of Santa Cruz Gardens Subdivision allowing for just one main entrance pathway on "Street 1." Furthermore, the front of each Villa will face inward toward the Common Area, putting the Villas' backs toward the streets (of course, the two exceptions will be lots 18 and 19), thus providing additional privacy from the main subdivision. The pathways will lead to each Villa's front entry patio corner (see "Villa Models" for actual design). These pathways will allow for pedestrian, bicycle, and perhaps golf-cart-type traffic. Additionally, further landscaping between the Villas, pathways, and Common Area will provide privacy between the individual Villas themselves. Villa de Isla's layout and continual use will uphold the utmost ecological principles that must be maintained in Galapagos Islands |
